I agree with your last couple sentences but you’re off on this. Wear the approved uniform and wear it well. Don’t want to pay for the Karbon that’s fine. Wear the blazer or the leather which are paid for. Don’t do your own thing just because you feel like it.
Btw United doesn’t pay for uniforms but they do pay for all dry cleaning
Uniforms are the least of our worries and I just won't get behind a push for such when we have massive other problems. Especially when we have those making 30-50% less than our peers. I'll never encourage anyone to pick up more company slack than we already do. You've made your point, I've made mine, obviously we differ in opinion.
