Completely agree! This lowest bidder auction BS is ridiculous. The junior guys grab the 50-75% stuff because they know the senior guys will grab the 100%. So, I don't blame them. It "seems" that some schedulers love to play games with this system as well. But that's just my opinion. It's simple. Everything at 100%, Period!
BTW, if you are "delayed" as opposed to "reassigned" into your day off,
then you get a real taste of how your seniority held day off is valued! Just sayin'.
