For the thread title of no reserves ie. no long and no short calls, if it makes it to add pay, agreed.
Maybe it's because my fleet/seat/dom is better staffed but usually there is a short call/field standby
they can find and that reserve Captain can lose 3hrs. pay or ~$900 per month of SC MPG pay.
Hopefully (supposedly) this is being addressed in the new contract per my reps. (and they're not at TK)
