Hello all, I'm new to this particular group on the forum. I recently applied the other day and was curious about how long it was taking people to hear back about their app. I also heard it was basically "mandatory" to go to a meet the chiefs to get a callback. Is this correct?

Currently at an AA wholly owned with about 2500 TT, 450 TPIC, also about 2,060 as a flight engineer on a Navy aircraft ( not that this time is important). I've got about 4 -4.5 years to flow to AA and just keeping my options open. I know that being on the right side of the hiring curve is huge. Hoping to be on the right side of Frontiers! I appreciate all the info! I'll take any recommendations to heart! Thanks.
