This will depend on a lot of factors. Where your based, do you commute? If you do what's commutable to you? How long have you worked here? Etc. I've been here over 2 1/2 years based in ny with an easy commute that can get me in early and out late. Because of that I usually hold more days off than others around my seniority. When I was Jr it was usually 15-17. Now it's 17-19 as a senior line holder. Rarely ever have anything that isn't commutable even when I was Jr. But I got in during the last big wave and things moved quickly. My experience might not be your experience so take it with a grain of salt.
