I’m scared of getting tarred with the “scrubby regional pilot” brush. Plan ahead a little bit and save your pax ears imo. But like I said, it’s just technique.
You can Sarajevo approach the 145 down to sustained -7500 FPM with the right combination of weight and drag without exceeding any limitations, and I’ve seen it done in the sim. It’ll just make me, many of the passengers, and the TCAS uncomfortable. But yeah I guess I haven’t been flying the 145 very long.
