I have two beds in my Hapeville crash pad, and possibly a whole room on January 1 (depending on decision by current resident).

Bed is $280/mo all inclusive. I am the owner and live at the house in the master bedroom, taking care of everything here. I am a former Delta sim tech and still go over to the sims off and on. I have owned the house since it was built in 1999. We have a low headcount, no bunk beds and are right behind the original flagship Chick-fil-A Dwarf House, where it all started.
