Which base are Q400 Capt’s getting a line a few months out of training? From what I’ve seen the q is extremely senior. 4 years to hold a line in sea, can’t be any better in geg and Boise, maybe pdx.
PDX, BOI, and GEG. SEA is losing lines to the E175 which is why it's taking guys forever to get a line there. The E175 is actually becoming more senior than the Q. I predict the Q to become very jr. very quickly here over the next couple of years.
