If you can bounce a tennis ball on the wall and recite the flows without hesitation then you’ll be way ahead of the curve.

IMO opinion in that order of importance. I can’t say that enough. When you have an instructor and three other people watching you, and that shiny new touchscreen all staring at you, you’ll wish you knew them without hesitation and complete confidence. The oral questions are asked as you work your way through the flows with some examiners.
