Interesting, I was under the impression jsx was in need of CA’s. They are advertising quick upgrades for those who qualify but maybe not so much any more?

Do you meet the requirements to become a PIC? If yes, then You are quick upgrade eligible. However, if you can’t get through OE in the left seat, they may advise that you complete some more time in the right seat prior to upgrade.
