Interesting, I was under the impression jsx was in need of CA’s. They are advertising quick upgrades for those who qualify but maybe not so much any more?
We are short FOs now for sure. I am a Captain and spend half my time in the right seat flying with another Captains and visa versa. Hard to be profitable this way but I am sure this is temporary until the hiring catches back up.
