True, but don't you think it's shocking how many RSAs there are midweek, clear skies, and during the 'slow part' of the month? I think it's more of a reflection of the lack of planning by BJ rather then the merits of a RSA?
When BJ controls the staffing, rather than a formula bound by a contract, Bubs has it correct...more suck.
And... With staffing reductions coming in those same RSA seats.
