They changed the deal with the corp / pro guys a few years back. The guys from the pro side roll at three years...the corp guys have a different set up..that one now depends on the number of PIC hours they had when they started at corp. That is from one of the guys that started in Nov.
This may be the case, but like like others have said it is means nothing when looking at adding pilots when they claimed to be over manned. These guys do not have seniority numbers until they come to the line.
I am very happy they are treating the Corp and Pro guys in this manner. It will be a good thing to point out if they try and lower BLG !
