I get on FLICA as it opens every month to try and drop reserve days. Generally I am able to drop 1 or maybe 2 days a month. I pick up from the TB and work anywhere from 3-6 of my days off just to get some flying and make a little money. Trust me, reserves aren’t dropping days like you think they are. They are just working on days off because we have to if we want to get “ahead” a little bit. And if you all think it is so easy to drop and then pick up whatever you want, I invite you to bid down to reserve and have at it yourselves. I’ll gladly take your line.
