Envoys strategy is working. I’ve talked to dozens of those guys who are just fine waiting on an 8-10 year flow. They’ll have a 35 year career at AA.
I’m a newbie, but my goal is to beat the flow by half, to any legacy. Almost every CA I’ve flow with has competitive time, but is content waiting another 1-2 years on the flow.
As much as I don’t understand waiting it out (unless you’re a 2016 hire), the marketing strategy works.
