Don’t twist airframe increases into growth. You aren’t growing. You are shrinking. You voted in the opportunity to work even harder so the company doesn’t have to hire. The next 10 years is only going to hurt NetJets. Too many retirements at the airlines for NetJets to prey on furloughed airline pilots to fuel potential growth during the next downturn. Not that management needs more pilots. The new reality is 500 airframes with 600 less pilots than when I was hired. That should be a devastating reality to every pilot at NetJets. The only avenue for somebody to gain any seniority, is to wait for the dinosaurs to die off at 80 so you move up a spot.
Those 7 year upgrades are right around the corner, just keep holding on 🤣🤣
500 planes at 5.2 ppp is 2600 pilots though.... We haven't had that many on the list in a long time.
