Back in the day, it could take a year or two. I assume they are just out for the holidays, but the response time can be variable...sometimes same day, sometimes months. If you're 121 you will probably get called more quickly than otherwise. The best thing is to have someone walk your resume in or call/email the recruiter on your behalf...that usually get's immediate results.
