So you called 'sick' 1 time only during your probation period, no other fatigue, no other no-shows? and the other 4 classmates all also had only 1 only sick calls and no no-shows, no 4-5 average fatigue calls?

So you mean as a FACT that at least 2 to 4 new-hires in probation were let go for every class in the last year, so about 20 pilots were let go for just 1 or 2 sick calls? Fact?

I am baffled.
