Their not stupid, they made 4 of my classmates and me resign in our last week of probation saying "we did not complete our probation period" Under the contract we have no rights so they can let you go for any reason, so they don't point out the sick calls. But they had brought me in and asked about a sick call 8 months earlier, so they let me fly for 8 more months before letting me go, just dishonest operation! and now I am finding out they have been doing this to many more in last year, so just FYI, if you want to keep a job at NJA don't call in sick!
So you called 'sick' 1 time only during your probation period, no other fatigue, no other no-shows? and the other 4 classmates all also had only 1 only sick calls and no no-shows, no 4-5 average fatigue calls?
So you mean as a FACT that at least 2 to 4 new-hires in probation were let go for every class in the last year, so about 20 pilots were let go for just 1 or 2 sick calls? Fact?
I am baffled.
