Depending on this, you can get screwed out of the days off you need since it sticks to this pattern. This is especially true when on reserve and it builds its 6on 4 off.
Incorrect. That’s not how the four day off language works. If you want 4 days off but would like to work the first of the month with only two off at then end of the month prior you don’t necessarily have to waive. Transition period doesn’t apply
