I'll play.

1. How long you've been at CPZ.

I was at CPZ for 5 years and 6 months. Went through the Pinnacolaba mess prior as an Mesaba pilot and spent 5 years there. I left in March, so this post is a bit late.

2. Where you're going.

Wild Turkey shots at 7:37pm.

3. Your favorite memory.

Where do I start? Ping Pong Tournaments, Pilots Vs FA's in pool or darts, Monopoly on long legs, Karaoke, Getting off on Echo and heading straight into the Eagle's Nest, singing Weird Al's Albuquerque song with my FO's whilst flying to Albuquerque, that time I turned my crew into a drill team on a long sit and we marched synchronized all over LAX changing various formations, Frequency Memory messages in the boxes, geometric VNAV, a bunch of auto positions on the overhead with flows not taking 30 minutes for one... I could go on forever here...

4. What you'll miss the most.

The closeness/family atmosphere we had.

I got an interview and was finally hired with about 7300 total time and 3000 TPIC, was an LCA, Bachelors degree. Talking to most of the civilians in my class, we were all pretty high time and LCA's. My class was mostly military (80%) or so, and I was the baby at 33 years old (they make you wear a pin that says baby on board through training and if you forget it, you're buying the beer). They used to make you carry a massive pacifier and the wise old owl got a cane, but someone was triggered apparently... Anyhow, LCA or another leadership role is key here, and I believe that goes for Yo-nited too as I was also offered to go to the Civilian Job Fair around the same time.

I miss you guys, I wish CPZ was in a better state right now, and I am hoping the announcement happens soon. Good luck to all and hopefully you'll be posting here soon too!
