We have 2 month 777 FOs and kids are complaining about no profit sharing, when 7 years ago we had Airbus FOs on reserve who had been here 14 years.
Its not ALPA negotiated, but a company policy, so its all employee groups, not just because ALPA is screwing you.
I’m really getting tired of the over-entitled millennials.
Triggered much? You make a lot of misguided ASSumptions. I also gave a laundry list of possible terms to pick. Try picking one and justify it with something other than "I had to walk 6 miles to school, in the snow, uphill both ways"
It may not be ALPA negotiated, but it can be...its not against IRS rules, which is what was originally floated here
Personally, I think they should get hotel paid for, per diem, AND profit sharing based off W2. Seems like the right thing to do. Might doesnt always make right. Delta out to do the same thing
