Thanks, been somewhere for over 30 years, so I do understand a little bit about the profession. Just because I "had it bad" doesnt make it a right of initiation or the right thing to do. In this case maybe so, maybe not. Just trying to put so info out. On our forum they like to cherry pick too...a lot of talk about UAL hoteps paid for, higher probationary pay etc etc. To me it's the total package
A suggestion might be...dont jump to conclusions...evaluate a "suggestion" based on the merits and "what seems most "right". I'll go back to "my" forum and leave you guys alone
