A suggestion might be...dont jump to conclusions...evaluate a "suggestion" based on the merits and "what seems most "right". I'll go back to "my" forum and leave you guys alone

Sorry you don't think the total package for a new hire is that good and maybe something will be done about profit sharing this time, but I can't help but disagree with you. But hey no worries, it's a forum, put out whatever you like. No worries here.
