I’m not against it. I wish it was the case that new hires get profit sharing however the money is closer then most think. My assumption was based on the difference between (what someone else posted that I assume is true) is that you are salary at $5000 month in training until IOE complete at DAL vs $90/hr at 90 hours a month plus 24 hrs a day per diem. If that’s the case a new hire at ual would make almost 10K more while in training and save about 500-700 on hotel Vs crashed but enjoy a much better experience with a private room. this assumes an 8 week foot print.
