If I understand the email correctly it sounds like PBS does take into account the last week in the previous bid period to honor the CBA required 4-days off.
When you were unstacked did you waive the 4-day requirement?
I’m pretty sure I didn’t but I can’t remember. prior to this month if I had waived it was only to 3.
