It’s worth saying that every ABX guy I’ve seen has been polite professional and thankful for the ride. Not been an issue. I appreciate the professionalism of the vast majority of ATI crews who have hosted me on the jumpseat. They have ranged from warm and welcoming to slightly frosty in a few cases. One was giving a line check to a new hire and took time to give me a few pointers as I was on IOE at the time. But I assure you this is not a straw man. It just happened again.
