Does anyone know if Skywest counts 500 hours of military multi-engine PIC time towards the 1000 Pt 121 SIC required to upgrade? Reference FAR 121.436 (c) for this.

I've heard its the airline's choice on whether or not to acknowledge this, and some airlines (Republic) won't. Thanks in advance for any info.
