No I don’t think it’s counted, but we were told they were reducing hours on case by case basis for the places that really need captains (DTW). I believe they got down to around 650 hours, but I’m not sure what other experience that pilot had on top of the 650 121 hours.

I've heard its the airline's choice on whether or not to acknowledge this, and some airlines (Republic) won't. Thanks in advance for any info.
