Good Afternoon Everyone,

As the title probably infers I am trying to decide between the two companies. Currently a regional 121 pilot in no immediate rush to leave, but looking at no later than 4-5 months from now.

Have DPJ class date coming up in a few weeks and looking to interview and if successful an XOJ class date in March.

Not chasing the money so the stay 121 life isn’t what I’m looking for here. Just looking at current pilots insights into both companies. To me it seems comparable, besides the aircraft offered.

Similar pay around 55k - 60k first year
