The problem is....we’re both just guessing. And that’s a problem. There’s no hard criteria other than sick leave usage is considered. There needs to be black and white numbers, similar to our absence management system. Anything beyond that is beyond reasonable and shouldn’t be part of the process. And since the company is unaccountable and doesn’t have to give feedback, guys will naturally be afraid to call in sick. Like I said, it’s pilot pushing
