Everybody has a purpose in life - even if only as an object lesson for others. While Atlas going under will be a tragedy for the senior pilots who will lose seniority it will actually be a good thing for most of us as it underlines the fact that this isn’t 2005 and contracts really do need to be competitive to other management groups and even the NMB.
Suing your pilot group may not be a strategy other management groups want to emulate.
