I asked a question. A simple question because, as someone that has everything to gain (just as you do) by the statements you’ve made regarding the particular actions of XJT. I do follow the details of future plans at the company. Some of what you say is a bit misleading. I’m not sure if it is intentional or just due to a lack of understanding.

I’ll be the better person and refrain from personal attacks. Not a very constructive way to work together.
The negativity was in reference to the new 175 sim being used for other carriers like Mesa and Skywest since it doesn't physically reside in the current Expressjet training center building.

At the time we did have one open bay for that sim to go in. Now that a third EMB-145 sim is arriving it starts to make more sense why they installed it across the street (the original 175 sim).

I wouldn't read too much into the company installing it there. For me a third 145 sim being moved and re-certified seems fairly big as it's a larger expense and takes some work. Seems they want to get our training center at full tilt with as much instructors and sims on property as possible.

Now as for the "new" sim I assume they are referencing the rumor that has been around that we are getting a second EMB-175 sim in the building across the street? To answer your question. I'm not 100% sure either.

If they're referring to the current one that's there it isn't really "new" at this point and there's no real development there that would lend us to getting another batch of new 175's.

Hope that cleared it up. There's no need for personal attacks or infighting. Agreed.
