I hope you too don’t read this as being negative but XJT doesn’t own that sim. Which was my point. Ownership of millions of dollars worth of assets is very significant to a company like XJT. Knowing who owns property and facilities makes a difference when valuing the company you work for.

I firmly believe the only way to turn XJT around and make it the company everyone wants requires transparency. A bunch of misleading statements only adds to the disappointment.

While I encourage healthy optimism, telling it like it is shouldn’t be perceived as negativity.
