Republic has AQP. From my point of view as a Legacy pilot who has a sim business and provides career counseling, mentoring & 121 training prep. AQP is by far a much more pilot friendly process. Especially helping pilots make the significant transition from light GA flying to transport category 121 flying.
From my experience working with pilots in the training process with a non AQP Regionals. It’s definitely more challenging and in many cases far less organized and streamlined training process.
