Meh. MyIdTravel is a POS. How about fix the application/website. Don’t try and shame an individual for not remembering the password. I think there is more going on behind the scenes because all of a sudden this is an issue. I feel terrible for any commuters that are screwed because of this.
I agree it is terrible but in reality, it probs was a new FA that didn’t know any better. I wish WN went back to how they used to. Walking up to the gate was nice.
