Its not as fire hose as you think... I came from 121 and CAE was CAKE compared to 121. With that being said... People have flunked out of training.
Its a good jet. Once you get a grip on how fast it climbs the rest is pretty standard.
As of now all of our 8 have g1000. G3000 in the future would not surprise me (we receive g3000/g1000 difference s training)
And u are correct about the structure of training. No AQP
