I got my first line for December. Even as the most junior line holder I was still able to make it it how I needed once Open Time opened a few days ago.
I’m going on a cruise the 15-22nd. Originally I was to work the 20th thru 31st with a 31 hour layover on the 26th (so it would be legal).
I dropped my trip on the 20th and swapped into one starting the 23rd. I’m
Now all set for my cruise.
I also swapped out the last 4 day of the
Month for one that was much better and gets me home much earlier on NYE.

This is also how it is at F9. Bidding approx. 50% in base. Most of the time my schedule is 100% different than what I start with. If I want two weeks off in a row I can almost always do it. If I want to credit 100+, I can do that too. The flexibility is pretty amazing.
