Managements job is to keep cost low and get new hires. They are currently accomplishing that and have no true reason to make a change as of now. So they are stalling talks across the board with Mx, FA’s, and Pilots. No one should be surprised.
That's exactly right. And our job as line pilots is to tell every potential new hire to stay far away from this place until management decides to take this letter 2 business seriously. We each have our roles. I'm curious to see if the union is going to start blasting postcards out now.
