That is not true. Of course you will not be PIC when flying with another PIC, but NJ still has plenty of FO’s. And also not true regarding left seat. I NEVER ran into a Captain at NJ that while flying with another Captain did not let him/her fly from the left seat (I sure there a handful of clowns)
