This is a cut throat industry, you NEVER voluntarily choose to give up seniority especially if it’s your “dream” job!!

Unless you are at Qatar Airways, which restricts your country departure, ALWAYS take first available!!! Timing isn’t always perfect, if potential folk is expecting “perfect” scenario/placement then roll the dice and see what happens. With our pilot group size of 2,950 or so, anyone junior to 2,600 cannot remotely become comfortable yet.
The horse is already dead... beating the beast ain’t gonna bring it back to life.

UPS prefers the honorable chap that lives up to their commitments rather than perhaps, one who would walk out on a job leaving a flight uncovered... just saying.
