If you don't care about the flow, then everything else is better at Skywest: work rules, pay credit, bases, trips, overnights.
And the provision allowing the company to withhold you kicks in after the 2014 hires leave. Not a guaranteed flow.
AA will not hire you OTS, if you are working at envoy. Why pay you more, if they can pay you less.
