It’s gotten bad in the last year or so, then again 70% of pilots have about two years on property or less.
Had an FO call out to me and the co-pilot as we were walking away from handing off the plane, when we looked back he dropped our bag of garbage at his feet and put his hands in the air like we did some great injustice against him.
I'm so sorry we left a bag with 4 ATIS printouts and an empty water bottle behind..
