If we grow the fleet by 18 airplanes in a given year, there is a corresponding number of pilots that need to be hired. Doing simple math, I can already see that if we hire 48 a month at the beginning of the year, we will stop hiring during the summer again. (Like every summer). I'm not being an apologist, I'm doing math.
I don't understand why you come on this forum to spread negativity that's often not based on reality. I post here when I can answer people's questions and be helpful. I think that showing people that 48/ month of new hires is way beyond the average needed is helpful information.
