Does anyone have insight on a good middle and high school in Easton, PA or are pilots with kids better off in the Bucks County school district?
Very happy with the Nazareth district. Parkland is also good (much larger than Nazareth).
Central Bucks is an excellent district from what I’ve been told. The drive is a bit longer to EWR vs. The Lehigh Valley. Housing in Central Bucks is about 20% higher cost I’d guess, although more of an available supply. Nazareth area is growing fast and there isn’t enough on the market.
I would consider The Lehigh Valley as gentrifying. There are without a doubt some tougher areas it would be best to avoid. Central Bucks seems a lot more established money wise.
