A few pay a couple bucks more the first year or few on the captain scale but then fall behind. Now that I think about it the 44k or whatever it is in captain bonuses would make total compensation higher the first couple years too. Skywest is nearly a tie in rates. Fo side I'd guess our hourly rates are behind but total compensation package with the bonuses makes us higher. We also pay more than some of the 70 seat operators. I wouldn't call us industry leading but we aren't that far off.
