In general, the upgrade times are roughly 15-18 months from DOH, which more or less coincides with people getting their 1000 hours.

At the top of the lists, movement is very slow. Lots of lifers means it's far tougher to go from top 25% to top 10%. Current junior CA at ORD is a 2007 hire. Not representative of our average base, but just goes to show that there's lots of people here for life.
