You guys act like you have it bad and dont. If you planned to retire at a regional, you shouldnt complain about anything. Do the math and fly in order to make the EQO and you will be on par with others. If you dont like it that much, go to skywest or another maybe even failing compass which doesnt like to fly their reserves or better yet sit 8hrs ready and get paid for 4 just to have scheduling call you 30 prior to going home and fly 39 mins to SAN and junior manned into your day off. Be grateful for the position your airline is in.
Once you fly over 83 hrs a month you get left behind with other airlines. After 83 hrs you’re being paid $10 / hr less than most airlines out there other than Commutair and Trans States.
Most lines are 95-100 hrs a month. That adds up real quick.
