Yes, there isn’t that many strings attached to it. Overall very fair and easy to get. 60 hrs is the minimum for a line holding pilot so about one two day is all it takes to get to 70 hrs.

The issue comes when people want to fly more than 83.5 hrs a month. At that point you’re flying for $5-10 less an hr than 90% of the other carriers out there.

At this point the majority of lines are all over that threshold.

Small tweaks to this airline could really get things turned around and is headed in a good direction with some momentum. The overall contract, infrastructure, training department and backing is all there. A solid foundation.

These decisions are out of our control of the pilots, flight attendants and our very underpaid maintenance technicians.
