Yes, even if you get a line worth 75 hrs and trade a trip to get down to say 68.5 hrs you still get the EQO if you have the same amount of duty periods (think days on).
It’s difficult to NOT get the EQO.
On the flip side you’ll likely get a line within months and be over 83.5 hrs. In this case you’re losing money.
It’s a double edged sword.
