During indoc you bid on acft/base. Each choice had an attached estimated end of training date.
Whatever the estimated date was is when 2nd year pay will be effective.
If I can pile on just a little, the pay group has been fairly on top of getting your pay up to speed. So if Dec 20 was an estimated completion date then I would certainly expect to see the pay reflected on the Jan 15th true up pay. They have been fairly quick lately
